Increasing the crack resistance of high-strength self-compacting concrete

چکیده
The object of research is high-strength self-compacting concrete, which does not require additional vibration during laying. One the most problematic issues concretes increased cracking, associated with large shrinkage deformations such and their fragile destruction.
A decrease in concrete was established when part cement replaced to mineral additives. This effect explained by a content and, accordingly, chemical component autogenous an increase adsorptive binding capillary moisture additives, reduces physical drying concrete. In this case, type dispersion used additive can affect significant using metakaolin amount ettringite as result reaction active Al2O3 two-water gypsum cement. It found that replacement 10 % additives leads value critical stress intensity factor (SIF), compensated fragility fracture (an area microplastic deformations). At same time, factor, but significantly affects samples. introduction (to replace cement) had positive on retention flow mixes; best results according criterion were observed silica fume, fly ash limestone. All modifiers, except for led compressive strength all terms hardening. case tensile at bending splitting, ash, compared base composition without additives.
Comprehensive accounting obtained will allow reasonable approach design crack resistance.

Relation between the Workability and Strength of Self-compacting Concrete
This paper presents the results of an experimental research on the workability and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete. The work focused on concrete mixes having water/binder ratios of 0.35 and 0.45, which contained constant total binder contents of 500 kg/m and 400 kg/m, respectively. The concrete mixes contained four different dosages of a superplasticizer based on carboxylic wit...
متن کاملUltra High Performance Self Compacting Concrete
Experiences in the development of Ultra High Performance Concrete found a very high flowability in concrete with low water powder ratio. Because of the high viscosity of the cement paste, compaction was necessary. To improve the compaction characteristics of the concrete the idea of adding coarse aggregate was developed. The first tests showed a good workability of the fresh concrete and a good...
متن کاملDeveloping a Cost-Effective Approach for Enhancing the Rheological and Mechanical Behavior of High Strength Self-Compacting Concrete
Despite the numerous advantages of using concrete with high strength capacity, the brittle behavior of high strength concrete (HSC) and higher production cost has limited its use in the construction industry. This research aims to develop a cost-effective approach for production of high strength self-compacting concrete with desirable performance in either compressive or tensile loading conditi...
متن کاملTorsion Behavior of Steel Fibered High Strength Self Compacting Concrete Beams Reinforced by GFRB Bars
This paper investigates experimentally and analytically the torsion behavior of steel fibered high strength self compacting concrete beams reinforced by GFRP bars. Steel fibered high strength self compacting concrete (SFHSSCC) and GFRP bars became in the recent decades a very important materials in the structural engineering field. The use of GFRP bars to replace steel bars has emerged as one o...
